仕事に励むのは確かに美徳である。
しかし、あまりにあくせくして仕事に励み過ぎれば、心からの喜びがなくなってしまう。
また、さっぱりして執着がないのは気高い。
しかし、あまりに執着がなくなってしまうと、かえって人のために役に立たない。

It is certainly a virtue to work hard.
However, if you work too hard, you will lose your heartfelt joy.
Also, it is noble that there is no attachment at all.
However, if you lose your attachment too much, it will be useless for others.
